Your satisfaction is important to us. Therefore, we have kept our warranty as simple as possible.

For as long as the shock absorber is owned by the original purchaser, we will repair or replace it (at our option) if it fails to perform as intended due to defects in materials or workmanship.

In the unlikely event that you need to return our product due to failure, contact Suspension Technologies USA using our contact form. A customer relations representative will provide you with a return item number. All items must be returned in their entirety, with no portion of the item missing. Products that show evidence of having been disassembled will be void of warranty and will not be considered for warranty coverage. We cannot be responsible for loss of riding time, inconvenience or consequential damage.

This warranty covers only items that were properly mounted, used in a street/highway application, and mounted on the specific motorcycle for which they were intended. Returned items must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase as well as a daytime telephone number where you can be contacted.
