About Suspension Technologies

Suspension Technologies USA, LLC provides motorcycle shock absorber solutions to motorcycle enthusiasts and manufacturers alike.

Founded by Michael A. Alex, Suspension Technologies designs and manufactures shocks for specific motorcycle applications. All products include a limited lifetime warranty.

Mike's background includes a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan, followed by 25 years of shock development and design, including development work with GM, Ford, Chrysler, Mazda, Nissan and Mercedes-Benz. He has also worked with shock dynamometer manufacturers on development for automotive applications. Most recently, Mike has spent nine years with GM and Dodge Motorsports on shock development and simulation testing for NASCAR, NHRA and SCCA.

Mike has partnered with Roger Hammon, whose background includes 16 years in home building, most recently as a divisional vice president for one of the nation's largest residential builders. Roger has also spent 13 years in the financial services industry. He has a degree in economics from Youngstown State University. Like Mike, Roger is an avid biker.
